My journey to a better health started many years ago, in Montreal when I came back from holidays from Chile where I had gained a lot of weight and I was sick all the time.Then I start reading the labels on food I was buying, and discovered I couldn't understand anything. When I start asking questions, it seemed that no one had the answer. I learned that I was not the only one. People were afraid to ask questions especially to doctors. At that point I became interested in nutrition and a whole world of choices suddenly opened to me. I know that sometimes the choices are not easy, but in the long run, it will be the best for you and your family. Today at 67 years old I live in the country, I appreciate nature, I learned from my dogs about life and I learned to accept people just the way they are and most important to live today and just appreciate these 24 hurs in front of me. I will say I became a better human being. We look forward to your questions and suggestions.
